He posted the ceremony on Facebook, which he attended dressed very elegantly with a white robe and colorful ornaments. On the other hand, the electric rice cooker, the thing that, from that moment on, would be his wife, took on a simple appearance, wearing just a veil that didn’t cover her entire face.
The now husband, Khoirul, described the rice cooker as: «White, quiet, perfect. She doesn’t talk much, but she is a good cook, a dream come true. Without you, my rice won’t cook.»
However, not all stories end well, for while the marriage was celebrated on September 19 and she continued to make him the rice he loves so much, on September 24 he took to Facebook again to announce his divorce. He no longer thought that making rice was enough, and he would have liked for her to learn how to make other dishes.
This isn’t the wife’s fault, considering that her name clearly expressed everything she could prepare.
Maybe he should have looked for some new recipes on the internet, the kind that show us what other things can be made with that rice cooker. The truth is that the young man seems to be a very popular prankster on social media, and although this event was very real, it seems that it wasn’t something he took seriously.
Lately, he’s been dedicated to sharing images with the rice cooker telling her that he’s missed her and that maybe he should’ve thought twice before getting divorced. It’s likely that she is now making that delicious rice in another home, where she is valued for her cooking.
