Photographer took detailed close-ups of animals’ eyes. The horse’s eye looks like a beautiful landscape.

The close-up of the crocodile’s eye is even scarier than the animal itself. Unbelievable!

Photographing animals is no easy task, especially if they are wild or dangerous ones, such as crocodiles or snakes. However, if you think that’s complicated, just imagine attempting to take photographs of animals’ eyes that are so detailed, you can make out the lines, colors and shapes hidden within them.

Well, one photographer did just that and the results are incredible.

Armenian photographer Suren Manvelyan wanted to try out a new style of animal photography… zooming in and taking close-ups to reveal the details hidden in the eyes of every animal, from dogs and cats, to crocodiles, chimpanzees and even fish.

Each picture looks as if it could be a different landscape, a window into an unknown dimension or a distant planet.

In fact, the photos are so powerful that they provoke emotions ranging from amazement to discomfort and even fear.

Because nature is filled with beauty, particularly the animal kingdom.
