“Criminals need to know that any crime will be punished, perhaps this will stop them. That they will not just be jailed, but lose their masculine strength,” said Zoya Manaenko about the chemical castration practiced in her country.

There are crimes that make us question the human capacity of some individuals.

Attacks, terrorism, assaults; all these are actions that require an exceptional level of cruelty and coldness to be carried out.

While all these crimes are terrible, there’s one that’s so harmful and painful, that even the kindest of hearts show simply no room to forgive and forget. We’re talking about pedophilia.

Taking sexual advantage of a minor steals his or her innocence, leaving invisible scars along the way that last a lifetime which many victims never manage to overcome. This must surely be the worst thing anyone can do to another person.

While those convicted of these acts are severely punished by the world’s justice systems, there are many who believe that confinement is simply not enough.

And Kazakhstan’s pedophile castrator, Zoya Manaenko, agrees.

This 68-year-old grandmother is responsible for injecting a substance into those convicted of pedophilia in her country that lowers their sex drive, effectively castrating them.

This, according to Zoya, is the perfect punishment for people who’ve already committed the crime and also serves as a warning to anyone thinking about abusing a minor.

“I think this is the right decision: these people need to be stopped somehow. They commit terrible crimes against children. So, it is right that the law allows this,” she said.

Kazakhstan recently passed tougher laws to use routine buttock injections to permanently reduce the libido of those imprisoned for raping or abusing children, the Daily Star reported.

The mother and grandmother says she has no qualms about her work: for her, it’s a procedure that only brings positive consequences. “These are my professional duties. Convicts come here by court decision. There are no emotions from me,” she said.

Zoya is so convinced that this process is the right one to end deviation that she urges other countries in the Western world to follow the same path.

“Potential criminals need to know that any crime will be punished, perhaps this will stop them. They should bear in mind and remember in their heads that such a punishment exists for this crime. That they will not just be jailed, but lose their masculine strength.”

“I think both Britain and the world should learn and let them know what a punishment this is,” she concluded.
