An alleged burglar had his car stolen while inside a Howard County Verizon store, according to the Howard County Police Department. Jalen Godard, of Odenton, called police last week to report his car stolen in Ellicott City. Earlier that morning, a Verizon store across Route 40 was burglarized. Detectives used surveillance footage from inside the store, which led them to Godard, who was arrested. 🎥: Howard County Police Department
