“What is the most exciting thing for me is the entrepreneurial spirit that she has at such a young age,” said entrepreneur Roxy Jacenko, mother of Pixie Curtis. The little girl owns a toy store and a hair products store.
The most latent concerns in children’s childhood have to do with things like playing, getting good grades in school, learning, and above all being happy. However, there’s a little girl from Australia who, on top of that, has been able to earn millions of dollars.
We’re talking about 10-year-old Pixie Curtis, daughter of Roxy Jacenko, an Australian businesswoman and socialite who, of course, has helped her offspring make her way in the world of entrepreneurs and companies, as reported by The Sun.
And the fact is that the young girl created her own company called Pixie’s Fidget, which specializes in creating toys. The company was so successful that her toys sold out within 48 hours of its launch, with profits greater than $140,000.
With that success under her arm, Pixie started another business with her mother dedicated to hair accessories, called Pixie’s Bows. It has allowed the girl to amass a fortune with which, according to her mother, “she can retire at 15 if she wants to.”
“What is the most exciting thing for me is the entrepreneurial spirit she has at such a young age. I never had it, although it was instilled in me that I had to succeed,” Roxy assured.
According to what she added, she started working at the age of 14 at a McDonald’s, and that, from then on, she knew what entrepreneurship was. “For me, the most important thing is her drive as an entrepreneur. Yes, I’ve enabled it, but she’s still got it, which is for me the most rewarding part,” she emphasized.
It should be remembered that Pixie grew up in an environment marked by the fortune made by her parents, Roxy and Oliver Curtis, who bought a $6.6 million mansion in Australia’s capital, Sydney.
In addition, her mother recently bought her and her brother, Hunter, who is 6 years old, a Mercedes car for when they come of age. Along with that, she received a pair of Balenciaga sandals and a Prada handbag for her last birthday, which are valued at hundreds of dollars.
