Did you know the one in your city?
Beauty is everywhere, that’s the idea with which Mihaela Noroc, a Rumanian photographer, works. She travels around the world portraying all the women who dazzle her. With each picture, she proves her belief. Her project is called “The Atlas of Beauty”, and it’ll probably impress you with its beautiful images. Women from the five continents, of different ethnicities, religions, ages and body types. Each woman possesses something special that Noroc considers beautiful.
She wrote about her project on the Bored Panda website:
“During the last two years, I have traveled the world and portrayed hundreds of women in different places. My mission is to show that beauty lies in our differences, not in tendencies, money or race. Today, more and more women feel pressured into looking in a certain way, but I think that we’re all beautiful if we value what makes us unique.”
