If you’re one of those who started training MMA to become stronger, I’m sorry to tell you that you chose the wrong discipline.
During Dogfight Wild Tournament 4 there was a very lopsided fight, where boxer Jorge Jr. faced former sumo wrestler Chiyotairyu Hidemasa. From the beginning, Chiyotairyu’s weight played an important role, since Jorge Jr. could not withstand the overwhelming charges that Hidemasa launched against him.
However, in the following rounds, the pugilist managed to show some of the talent that characterizes boxing. Taking advantage of the Japanese fighter’s fatigue, Jorge Jr. was able to land some hooks.
Unfortunately, his efforts were not enough for him to be declared the winner, as the sumo wrestler took the victory in this contest.
