Not even fame stops him! Cristiano Ronaldo has always said that he is Catholic; however, he surprised his followers by confessing that he goes to Mass every Sunday without fail.
“I go to Mass every Sunday and I always give thanks for everything the Lord gives me. Thank God I have everything; I also ask Him to protect my loved ones,” he said in an interview.
The footballer commented that he changes churches every Sunday to avoid being recognized and to seem like an ordinary citizen. Fame overwhelms him, so he hopes to go unnoticed among all the Catholics.
In this regard, his family and friends have recommended that he not go to church because he is famous, but he insists that his faith is greater, so he keeps going.
